Sod

Sod is available by pre-order only to ensure freshness and proper scheduling. All sod orders must be pre-paid at the time of ordering.

Each piece of sod covers 7 square feet. When calculating the total square footage needed for your project, we strongly recommend adding 10–15% extra to account for cuts, irregular edges, and unexpected adjustments during installation. This helps ensure a smoother installation process and reduces the risk of coming up short.

Measurement Example
For a 500 square foot area:
500 sq ft ÷ 7 sq ft per piece = approximately 72 pieces
Add 10–15% for waste and adjustments = 80–83 pieces recommended

Sod Availability

• Bermuda Sod: Available May through August

• Fescue Sod: Available year-round

• Other types of grass available upon request
