Plant Shipping Disclaimer for Little Red Nursery
Little Red Nursery is committed to delivering healthy, high-quality plants and takes every precaution to ensure they are securely packaged for shipment. However, Little Red Nursery shall not be held liable or responsible for any issues, damages, or losses related to the shipping process, including but not limited to the following:
Delays or Non-Delivery: Any delays, lost packages, or non-delivery caused by shipping carriers, third-party logistics providers, or postal services.
Damage During Transit: Any damage to plants or packaging resulting from improper handling, accidents, or negligence by shipping carriers or third parties.
Environmental Factors: Plant damage or deterioration due to extreme weather conditions (e.g., excessive heat, cold, or humidity) during transit or at delivery locations.
Incorrect Shipping Information: Issues arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect shipping addresses or contact information provided by the customer.
Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages: Packages that are unclaimed, refused, or returned due to the customer’s failure to retrieve or accept delivery.
Customs or Regulatory Issues: Delays, seizures, or additional costs incurred due to customs regulations, import restrictions, or other legal requirements for international shipments.
Post-Delivery Care: Any plant health issues arising after delivery due to improper care, handling, or environmental conditions at the customer’s location.
Customer Responsibilities:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring someone is available to receive the package promptly.
Customers must inspect their package immediately upon receipt and document any issues with clear photographic evidence taken upon opening the package. This evidence, along with a detailed description of the issue, must be submitted to littlerednurseryllc@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Failure to provide photographic evidence and report issues within this timeframe may result in the inability to process claims or refunds.
Our Commitment: While we strive to ensure a positive experience, Little Red Nursery cannot guarantee the condition of plants upon arrival due to the unpredictable nature of shipping. We are not responsible for refunds, replacements, or compensation for issues caused by the aforementioned factors. However, as a courtesy, we may assist with filing claims with the shipping carrier or provide guidance on plant recovery where possible, at our sole discretion.
