This plant is a tropical Fern and should be planted away from damaging winds and out of direct sunlight as this will scorch the fronds and cause browning as well as drooping. Remember to keep the soil moist as this plant enjoys humidity but not too much to were the soil is soggy. To help retain moisture you may place organic mulch around the base along with compost and or worm casings to keep it happy. This plant also can grow indoors but keep away from direct sunlight from a window or skylight. Sweet spot temperature is an ideal 60-75 degrees.
To trim carefully remove any brown or dying fronds and do not cut off any new emerging growth.
