Salvia nemorosa, varieties:  'Apex Pink', 

Thrives in average, well-drained soils; tolerates clay soils. Water deeply and regularly during the first growing season to establish an extensive root system; reduce frequency, once established. Feed with an all-purpose fertilizer before new growth begins in spring. Remove spent flower heads to encourage continued bloom.  An herbaceous perennial.

'Apex Pink':
This especially compact selection is taller than most, for bigger impact. A stunning addition to any border with spikes of rose-pink flowers that top dense, shrub-like clumps of fragrant, green foliage throughout summer, measuring about 18" tall and wide. Excellent for adding bold color in mass plantings.

'Marcus',  Salvia nemorosa 'Haeumanarc'
This especially compact selection is a stunning addition to any border with spikes of intense violet flowers that top dense, shrub-like clumps of fragrant, gray-green foliage throughout summer. Excellent for adding bold color in mass plantings.   Moderate growing; reaches 12 in. tall, 18 in. wide.

'May Night', Salvia x sylvestris 'May Night'
Tall spikes of indigo blue flowers top compact mounds of soft, green foliage. This showy perennial is excellent for mixed borders, flower beds and patio containers. Thrives in areas where spring and summer nights remain cool.  Quickly reaches to 18 - 24 inches tall and wide.  

'Little Night'
A charming but tough little bloomer with deep purple-violet flower spikes covering the tight, mounding foliage in late spring, often repeating in late summer. Adds bold, vibrant color when massed in the fronts of beds and borders. Ideal for containers, rock gardens, and naturalized areas.
