Lavandula Inter 'Fred Boutin' Fred Boutin French Hybrid Lavender (Lavandula intermedia 'Fred Boutin') is a beautiful hybrid lavender best known for its long, attractive silver-grey leaves. It blooms mid-to-late summer with tall stems of purple flowers. Sweetly fragrant.
