Peruque Pecan

Carya illinoinensis 'Peruque'

Pereque was selected from native seedlings near the Mississippi River and prefers moist soils. It is an early ripener with a thin shell and medium size kernel. Resistant to scab, this Pecan is suited to commercial or homeowner production throughout the mid-south. Grows 70 to 100 feet tall and 50 to 70 feet wide.
