"Strings of Pearls" and "Strings of Beans" are trailing, succulent houseplants known for their bead-like leaves and ability to grow long vines. String of Pearls (Curio rowleyanus or Senecio rowleyanus) has small, round, pea-shaped leaves, while String of Beans (Senecio radicans) has more oblong, bean-shaped foliage. Both require bright, indirect light and well-draining soil, and are susceptible to root rot, so it is best to let the soil dry out between waterings.
