Hesperaloe Parviflora 'Red' Yucca
Hardiness Zones 4-11
Soil-sandy or well draining that is also neutral or acidic.
Watering- water during spring and summer bloom seasons at least once a week making sure the soil dries between watering sessions.
Light- partial sun exposure
Temp/humidity yuccas are well adapted to heat and thrive in desert environments so they can withstand temperatures from 90 degrees to 30 degrees Fahrenheit. As for humidity they are fine with some humidity but do not mist them as they do not require it.
when planting outside the bloom possibility is higher rather than indoors. If planting indoors make sure to provide ample light as if they have too little light it will result in thinner and slower growth while intense light will cause white spots on the leafs and browning on the tips of the yucca plant.
Red Yuccas are toxic to animals so its best to keep them away or the plant out of their reach
Mature size yuccas may grow 1 foot 30 inches tall and 3 feet 15 inches wide at best.
