DESCRIPTION An abundance of dense, symmetrical rosettes with wide, blue-gray foliage that forms large clumps. Bloom spikes emerge from older rosettes, which die after flowering - the plant is perpetuated by "pups" or offshoots. A bright accent in the waterwise landscape or a unique groundcover in mass plantings. Evergreen.

WATERING Water when soil is completely dry.
BLOOMS Blooms at maturity, 10 to 15 years or older.
MATURE SIZE Rosettes 2 to 4 ft. wide on 5 ft. wide clumps; flower spikes to 20 ft. tall.
