Panicum virgatum 'Shenandoah' -- Prized for its unmatched foliage color, this handsome grass has fast growing green leaves that emerge with red tips in spring, darken through summer, and turn a rich burgundy in fall. Airy reddish pink flowers develop in summer. Use for mass background plantings or in containers. Fast growing; reaches 4 ft. tall, 2 to 3 ft. wide, in bloom. Tolerates light drought.
