The string of turtles plant (Peperomia prostrata) is a small, trailing succulent with tiny, round leaves that resemble turtle shells. It's native to the rainforests of Brazil
Light: Prefers bright, indirect light, but can tolerate low light
- Water: Prefers evenly moist soil, but can suffer from overwatering
- Humidity: Prefers average to higher humidity levels
- Temperature: Prefers a consistent temperature of 68 to 75 degrees Fahrenheit
Repotting: Repot every 2-3 years to ensure proper growth
String of Frogs, Ficus pumila 'Quercifolia'
Prefers a warm, humid environment with bright indirect light, although they can do fine in very low light. They are perfect in a window hanging basket, terrariums, or in a miniature fairy garden. Avoid direct sunlight altogether. A north and east facing window would be ideal.
